“I was ready for a new challenge”
Before joining 2-Control(ware), Mirjam had already worked as a Financial Controller at various companies. Still, she felt it was time for a new step. The growth of 2-Control(ware) and the dynamic environment that comes with it were decisive factors for her.
New systems, new insights
“The start was quite intense,” Mirjam explains. “I started working with an ERP system I wasn’t familiar with, and the processes and procedures were new to me as well. You really notice that you’re back in learning mode for a while. But that’s exactly what I enjoyed: mastering everything step by step.”
She indicates that she now feels fully in control of her financial responsibilities. She knows her way around the systems and understands the processes. At the same time, there are always new matters to take on and opportunities to further professionalize.
An organization with attention to people
What stood out to Mirjam from the very beginning was the atmosphere within 2-Control(ware). There is not only a strong focus on results, but certainly also on the people behind the work. Activities are regularly organized to strengthen connections within the company: from weekly shared lunches to monthly (sportive) team activities and inspiring quarterly meetings.
