This informal and supportive atmosphere is reflected not only in daily collaboration but also in the various activities organised throughout the year. From quarterly themes to team outings, there are plenty of opportunities to get to know colleagues outside of day-to-day work.
"The atmosphere in the office is great. We have a different theme every quarter, outings to the La Trappe Abbey, and even a sunny anniversary weekend in the Ardennes."
Looking back on his first year, Niels sees a period full of progress and development. There is a continuous focus on improving our products, while many exciting frontend initiatives are taking place behind the scenes.
Together with his colleagues, he works on the look and feel of our software products. It is a process that requires a great deal of attention and dedication, and one where the results are becoming increasingly visible.
"We are putting a lot of effort into the look and feel of our products, and I can't wait until we can share more of it."
Niels is also looking forward to the year ahead. There are still plenty of opportunities to further develop our products and enhance the user experience. It is this combination of technical challenges, product development, and teamwork that makes his work so rewarding.
